Your Health Shouldn't Be A Series Of Short-Term Fixes.

You train harder for a few months. Follow a diet. Lose some weight. Get fitter.

Then life gets busy, the plan becomes difficult to sustain, or you simply get tired of living around it. Sooner or later, you're trying to get back on track again.

Or perhaps you already train consistently and take reasonable care of yourself.

You are not starting from zero.

But you are no longer sure whether what you are doing is actually the best use of your time — or whether your training, nutrition, cardio, recovery and lifestyle are working together as well as they could.

Today, you have access to more health and fitness information than ever.

The challenge is knowing what is credible, what actually matters, and how to apply it to you.

WOW GENESIS brings that information together into one personalised system, with clear priorities and a clear direction.

Who Is WOW GENESIS For?

Some people come to Genesis already training. They're disciplined and consistent, but their results no longer reflect the effort they're putting in.

Others have reached a point where their health has become a genuine priority and want to build it properly from the start.

Often, it's somewhere in between.

What they share isn't their training history.

It's their standard.

They want to be strong. Fit. Lean. Energetic. They want to move well and feel good in their body.

But they also care about what that body will be capable of decades from now.

They're ready to stop guessing, understand what works for them and build something they can maintain.

Making sure you never go back to start from zero again. Everything is structured and helps with your long term planning.

Eriz Ahedo — Wealth of Wellness
ERIZ AHEDO
Founder & Healthspan Coach, Wealth of Wellness

My coaching experience has been built over many years, across different countries, cultures and client profiles — through thousands of hours working directly with people, not only studying the theory.

Over time, one question became more important to me than chasing the fastest possible result:

How do we build a body that looks great and performs well now, without sacrificing the one we'll need later?

That question eventually became Genesis.

My approach combines practical coaching experience with evidence-based training and nutrition. I've spent years studying, testing and refining what actually works, while continuing to deepen my ability to critically evaluate research and translate it into practical decisions for real people.

My work brings together strength, nutrition, body composition and healthspan into one practical approach — with the goal of turning complex information into practical decisions people can actually use.

Your body, your history, your schedule, your preferences and your goals matter.

Because the best program on paper is worth very little if it doesn't work in your life.

Genesis is the result of that work: a system designed to help you look better, perform better and build the knowledge to manage your health for the long term.

One Body. One System.

The way you look, feel and perform is shaped by several connected areas. Genesis brings them together into one clear system.

Exercise

Build strength, muscle, cardiovascular fitness and movement capacity with training designed around your body and current ability. Three structured strength sessions form the foundation of the week, with cardiovascular work developed alongside them. The aim is to progressively build a stronger, fitter and more capable body.

Nutrition

Learn how to eat for your health, body composition and performance without living on a permanent diet. We first understand how you actually eat. From there, changes are introduced progressively and in context. Food quality comes first. Calories are introduced only when they're useful. Over time, you learn how to make good decisions at home, at restaurants, while travelling and when life isn't perfectly organised.

Lifestyle

Your training week matters. So do the other 160 hours. Sleep, daily movement, stress and recovery all affect your ability to adapt, perform and stay healthy. We identify what matters most in your life and work on that, rather than filling your day with habits simply because they're considered “healthy.”

Mindset

Knowing what to do is rarely the whole problem. How you respond to setbacks, inconsistency, stress and imperfect weeks matters just as much. Mindset runs through the entire program, helping you build better awareness, decision-making and resilience when motivation drops or life becomes less predictable.

Four Phases. One Clear Path.

Genesis follows a deliberate 16-week progression.

You don't start by changing everything, and you don't finish still depending on me for every decision.

01

Awareness

Get Clear on Your Starting Point.

Before trying to improve something, you need an honest picture of where it stands.

We establish your starting point across your physical capacity, nutrition, sleep, activity, stress, routines and current lifestyle.

Awareness is also where you begin to see it for yourself.

What's working? What isn't? What are you overlooking? And where are your current choices likely to take you if nothing changes?

Progress becomes much easier when the starting point is clear.

02

Foundations

Build what everything else will depend on.

Now we start building.

Your strength training becomes structured. Cardiovascular work develops. We begin establishing the routines around movement, sleep and recovery that support everything else.

Nutrition coaching is introduced progressively rather than changing your entire diet overnight.

The emphasis is on quality, consistency and fit.

You learn what you're doing and why you're doing it, while we make sure the system can work in your actual life.

03

Transformation

Turn good foundations into measurable progress.

Once the foundations are established, we can ask more from them.

Training progresses. Cardiovascular fitness develops. Nutrition becomes more targeted. Recovery is monitored as the demands increase.

This is where the work begins translating into clearer physical change: greater strength, better fitness, improved body composition and better day-to-day performance.

We push when you're ready and adjust when you're not.

Progress should challenge your body without constantly fighting against its ability to recover.

04

Mastery

Learn how to keep it.

This is where my role begins to change.

Instead of always giving you the answer, I increasingly help you make the decision.

You learn how to adapt training when you travel. How to handle nutrition when you're eating out. What to do when work becomes demanding, sleep suffers or a week simply doesn't go according to plan.

Real life will eventually interrupt even the best plan.

The important part is knowing what to do next.

By the end of Genesis, the aim is for you to understand the principles well enough to manage your health intelligently — whether you choose to continue coaching or continue independently.

The goal isn't dependence. It's competence.

What Coaching Actually Looks Like

Genesis is not a static plan you receive on Day 1.

Your training, nutrition and overall strategy develop throughout the 16 weeks as you progress.

Three personalised strength sessions each week Structured training designed around your current ability, goals and progression.
Cardiovascular training Developed around your current fitness, recovery and the demands of each phase.
Ongoing WhatsApp support and accountability Regular contact throughout the working week for questions, observations, support and adjustments.
A structured weekly check-in and detailed feedback A clear review of your progress, challenges and priorities for the week ahead.
Exercise form and technique feedback Feedback to help you perform exercises safely, efficiently and with better execution.
Regular adjustments Your plan is adapted when your progress, schedule or circumstances require it.
Coaching that builds understanding You won't just be told what to do. I explain the reasoning behind the process and share practical resources when they are useful, so you gradually build the knowledge to manage your health with more confidence on your own.

When something changes, we adapt the plan without losing the direction.

His ability to personalize programs, adapt to changing schedules, and provide consistent support — even across time zones — is exceptional.

What You'll Build Over 16 Weeks

The aim over 16 weeks is to make meaningful, measurable progress in your strength, cardiovascular fitness, body composition, movement, recovery and day-to-day energy.

But physical progress is only part of what you should take away from Genesis.

You should also finish knowing how to train effectively, how to eat well without permanently following a diet, when to push and when to recover, and how to adapt when your circumstances change.

Most importantly, you should understand why you're making those decisions.

Because the real test isn't what you can achieve while I'm coaching you.

It's what you're capable of maintaining afterwards.

He understands that there is not a one-size-fits-all template. Months are passing in a very busy period and the results are already showing.

This Won't Be For Everyone.

Genesis asks for commitment, but not perfection.

You need to be able to complete three strength sessions every week and have access to a commercial gym or a well-equipped home or condominium gym.

You need to be willing to pay attention to your nutrition, sleep, activity and recovery, communicate honestly and engage with the coaching process for 16 weeks.

Genesis isn't appropriate if you're currently dealing with active pain, or acute injury or illness.

It's also not designed for rapid fat loss, an upcoming event or deadline, extreme methods, or anyone looking for the fastest possible transformation.

And if what you want is someone to simply tell you what to do indefinitely, this probably isn't the right program.

If you're ready to understand your health better, put the work in and build something that lasts, then the next step is to apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time will I need each week?
Your core training consists of three structured strength sessions per week, typically 45–60 minutes of focused work. Zone 2 cardiovascular training is also part of the program, typically 2–3 sessions per week for 20–45 minutes, depending on the phase and your individual capacity.

You'll also complete a structured weekly check-in and have smaller actions around nutrition, movement, recovery and mindset introduced progressively throughout the program.

Genesis requires a genuine commitment of time and attention. That's part of the process.
What happens if I travel or have a very busy week?
You adapt.

If you have access to a hotel gym, your training continues using the equipment available. If no gym is available, bodyweight sessions can be used to cover the main movement patterns until normal training resumes.

Work pressure, travel and disrupted schedules are part of real life. Learning how to navigate them without abandoning everything you've built is an important part of Genesis.
Do I need access to a gym?
Yes.

You'll need access to a commercial gym or a well-equipped home or condominium gym with enough equipment to train all major movement patterns effectively.

If you don't currently have suitable access, Genesis isn't the right program at this time.
What happens after the 16 weeks?
During Mastery, you'll gradually take more ownership of your training, nutrition and health decisions.

At the end of the 16 weeks, you can choose to continue with ongoing coaching or take what you've learned and continue independently. Both are valid outcomes.

The objective is that continuing coaching becomes a choice — not something you need because you don't know what to do without it.

Start With An Application.

If Genesis feels aligned with what you're looking for, the next step is a short application.

It gives me enough context to understand where you are, what you want to improve and whether the program may be a good fit.

If it looks appropriate, we'll arrange a 30-minute discovery call to discuss your situation, how Genesis would work for you and the investment.

There is no commitment from applying. It simply starts the conversation.
